Again...Karen treated us to Crystal Jade Restaurant when we met her at Gardens just now..I think she love this restaurant terribly much especially its dimsum...
It is a Chinese cuisine restaurant which mainly serve hong kong foods...
It is quite high standard restaurant and serve fine food..
We didn't order so much food as we as girls can't eat that much...
The first dish that they served is HK Chee Cheong Fun(roasted pork)
Although I prefer Kedah style chee cheong fun than this...yet it is nice if compare with other Hk chee cheong fun in Malaysia...It is served with the tasty sambal sauce with spicy long bean..
The food which served next is the crab meat mun yee mee...My cousin who is really a food-choosy has almost finished the whole plate of it...the yee mee is cooked with egg and crab meat with some vegetables...
After this, the roasted pork pau, liu sha pau and har kau are served...
I didn't eat the pau as i doesn't like it that much...

Liu Sha Pau(i don't know its english name) is made with flour, and the insert is made from lotus paste and salt egg...it is nice especially when it is still hot.. be careful when you eat it...don't let the paste came out,it is wasting..
I ate har kau as well...It is just normal...the only things that i can recommended is the prawn are fresh...(i dont like prawn by the way)
The following dish served so soon before we could finish them...It is another prawn dish..It is salad prawn...I love the salad...as well as the prawns...It is really fresh and lot of prawns are added in the dish...
My favourite food is finally been served...It is EGGTART!!!!hehe...I love eggtart...the eggtart in this restaurant is nice but it isn't nicer than Kampar's...For my opinion, kampar's eggtart is much more bigger and cheaper..I will show you kampar's eggtart next time...
Karen ordered another two desert after the meal...i forgot the name but they are really delicious..they aren't so sweet and will not make you feel disgusting...
Kindly to mention that the sauces aren't served with the almond tau fu fa...It is technical problem...haha...
